Wolfson Campus
The mission of the Wolfson Campus Media Services Department
is to serve the needs of faculty, administrators, staff and students with an array of multimedia resources
that enhance teaching and learning experiences, campus marketing, and campus life.
Our production and special event team is ready to support all campus events, video production, and classroom audio-visual needs
as well as provide assistance with lecture capture, photography, audio, and videoconferencing.
Please feel free to contact the Media Services Department for all the services we can provide.
We can help you with:
- Requesting and scheduling video and photography services
- Reserving videoconferencing services such as Skype and Polycom
- Enhancing your special events and activities with audio amplification systems and video projection

I want the event to be recorded in video, do I need to fill a video production form?
No, in the event form you will be able to add Video Recording, Streaming, zoom or any Virtual connection, etc. All your event needs in on place.
Can I change or add yo my request?
Yes, you can, send us an Email or call us so we can assist you with event planning.
My request is late can i still submit?
Yes, but please as soon as you submit it give us a call so we can work with you with all the details to fulfill all you event needs as best as we can.
Can you help with my video production in case I dont have all the elements?
We have a team ready to assist you as best as possible. Fill the form up with all information you have, them give us a call so we can arrange a meeting to see how we can help.
Do I need a Photography request to have pictures of my event?
NO, in the event form you will be able to add Photography and choose what kind of pictures to be taken.
can I submit media for my event?
Yes, you can upload in the forms also you can email them or even bring on the day of the event and will assist you.
